In memory of my son Michael Joseph Stilson
For all the Mother's Day I will no longer have with you.
I don't know why you had to die.
Didn't you know it would make me cry.
Leaving me here to mourn my loss.
Not knowing why - What was the cause?
What was the reason that you were so sad?
What made you feel your life was so bad?
Couldn't you have talked it out?
Told someone what it all was about?
I wish you knew it didn't have to be.
Things have a way of looking worse you see.
Sometimes there is no choice but walking away,
Wake up tomorrow to face another day.
Life is full of heartache and living with mistakes.
One has to be strong and survive for other's sake.
